Return/Cancel order Policy
Although our product description is detailed and you can form a complete image of the product, as we manage to show the colors as faithful as possible in the images, you may eventually find that this is not what you wanted. In this case mymc.gr enables you to return the product within eight (8) calendar days of receipt and replace it with another product of your choice. If the other product you selected is not available, we will refund the value of the product by depositing it into your bank account or crediting the amount to be used for any new order you wish to make. The new shipment / replacement of the product costs the customer 3,50 euros, regardless of the amount of the order, and is sent only via our partner ACS COURIER.
Defective products or error in orders due to fault of the company is an exception. If you wish to cancel part or all of the order after receiving the products you may return the product/s within eight (8) calendar days and we will refund you by depositing the sum into your bank account. In the case of a refund, you will be charged a refund of the product which is € 3.50. The value of the deposit and shipping is not refundable. All returns are made in the original condition of the product, with no damage so that it can be resold.
We recognize that you will want to try the products to confirm that they are satisfying. Keeping this in mind, please be careful not to damage the original packaging and not to damage the products by testing them. The product must be returned with the original package (box, tabs, packaging materials, etc.).
The customer must immediately check the product received and to report any defects or harm of the package during shipping, on the same day he/she receives it or at the latest the following day. Upon the expiration of this time limit, the Customer accepts the Product and any damage subsequently caused is his/her own responsibility. In the event that the above conditions are not fulfilled, the return is not accepted, the return costs are borne by the customer for the re-dispatch of the products to his/her place, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until they receive them. For any product returns you must first inform us by phone at 2316018178 or by email at sales@mymc.gr. If you wish to cancel your order during the online ordering process, you can click ‘cancel’ and the ordering process is automatically interrupted. Contact us via sales@mymc.gr or phone 2316018178 after completing the online order and before shipping the products and your order will be canceled immediately.
It is clarified that our faux bijoux must be carefully uses, meaning they should not come into contact with water, perfumes, sweat, etc. like all jewelery.
For hygiene reasons our company does not accept returns on earrings unless they are defective.
Offers are only accepted for refunds in the event of a defective product or incorrect shipment from our company. However, changes are not accepted.
